"Very nice and helpful employees. The owner explained all the issues my car had, and the quote was resonable for the work done. No bill is fun to get, but they were very good at explaining what each thing on the bill was for, so I knew what I was being charged for. They also helped with a payment service they offer so I could afford the repairs. Highly recommend them. Very clean waiting area with lots of snacks and beverages for you as you wait."

"I presume the business owner and his friends post most of the reviews here. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with RAM AUTOMOTIVE INC. The result was me wasting 2500$ on a car that blows exhaust fumes in the cabin, and a transmission that slams on every shift. I was recommended by Milan Motors to take my car to this shop due to a knocking crankshaft bearing. In the beginning the shop charged me 700$ for an engine that was supposed to have 100k miles, but I doubt that this engine only had 100k miles. A few weeks after I paid for the engine, the shop called me to pick up the car. I pay them for the service a total of 2500$, hop in the car, start driving off the lot, and immediately notice that the car is not running right. The vehicle was suffering from a terrible misfiring, and I could not reach 40 MPH per hour on the highway. I immediately turned around and drove the vehicle back to RAM AUTOMOTIVE. Several days later they call me and tell me that the car is fixed I take it again this time it ran fine; however it made clouds of blue smoke from the exhaust on every stop or red light. I took the car back to the shop, and Rick told me that he would put a seal additive in the engine to see if it would stop the blue smoke coming from the exhaust. I talked with a friend who is also a mechanic, and he told me that the engine probably has bad valve seals and piston seals and will need to be rebuilt or another motor needs to be put in the vehicle. After telling Rick that I would like a new engine because the additive will not fix the problem, he told me that the used motor comes with 36k miles and a 3 months warranty, and he is going to replace it for free. After three weeks of waiting for the 2nd motor swap, I take the car, and I notice that it has no coolant in it as I am standing at their lot. So I told them, and they put a few quarts of coolant in it. I take the car home, and after driving close to 400 miles within the span of a few weeks, I check the engine oil, and the motor has burned over ½ quarter of oil. Apparently, according to their words, the second motor only had 90k miles on it. This cannot be true based on the amount of oil the motor is burning, and I believe the motor is from a police interceptor vehicle because of the transmission slamming into every gear. I turn the heater on, and the engine blows exhaust gases directly inside the cabin. A person can end up dead in the vehicle due to carbon monoxide being directly blown inside the cabin!! I called Rick again, and this was when Rick told me that he put the motor in without taking the exhaust manifolds off and just connecting it further down the exhaust system. Well, of course, you did the manifold is rusty, and the bolts are seized. He did not do the job correctly. After taking the car back to him to see what the problem is, he told me that he could fix the car If I pay him an additional 500$. How am I supposed to give this rookie another 500? Inside the engine bay, there was noticeable damage to components in the car. The windshield washing fluid box was damaged and had a large hole on it. The electrical cable modules and their mounting brackets were also damaged. The car smelled like pee as if someone peed in the engine bay. The most exciting part is that Rick told me the car would only burn engine oil for the first 1000 miles, and its magically going to fix itself. This person is not mechanically inclined and likely didn't go to school to become a mechanic. The burning of oil in the engine is caused by bad valve seals or piston seals or both. This is permanent motor damage caused by the degradation of materials; it is not something that can go away on its own. Rick is not honest and would throw any lie at you to get your money. Now the guy says that the motor has no warranty and I'm stuck with it. This car will need to be scrapped because it's impossible to sell it in this condition or pass state inspection/emission."

"Caring and kind, honest. And they do great work, and if by any chance they aren't able to fix your vehicle, they can tell you who can fix it. Love my Mechanic!!!!"

"Rick, Jim, and Matt will take care of you. They will find affordable options for you to get your vehicle fixed. They'll tell you straight what has to be done to stay safe on the road and legal and what can wait. If you've got that mysterious "clink" "clank" or "clunk" going on, they'll keep trying to figure it out until they get it fixed."

"Very nice people here. Was stuck there if it wasn't for one of them driving me up to a store a half hour away to get my other car. They also do free checks."
