"Today I visited the Sunglass Hut location over at Dulles Town Center Mall. I must say that I was very impressed with my experience in the store. The sales associate, Mr. Gianni, was very professional and courteous with me and all of the other customers in the store. It was a packed location with all of the holiday shoppers and Mr. Gianni handled the entire floor exceptionally well. Because of his professionalism, friendly behavior, and outstanding interpersonal skills, I will most definitely be shopping here again in the near future. Other notable mentions include the wide selection of glasses that were available, the fact that the store was very clean and presentable, and just the overall friendly mannerisms that were displayed by the wonderful Mr. Gianni. Special thanks to the Dulles Town Center location for maintaining such a nice clean pleasant store and for hiring the gracious and very humble Mr. Gianni. I cannot wait to tell all my friends and close family members about my amazing experience today. The entire world (or at least the immediate DMV) needs to know about Mr. Gianni's exceptional and superior customer service skills. "Would not recommend buying here. We bought 4 pairs which had to be shipped. When shipment arrived one pair of glasses was missing just the case came. When we called the place they wanted us to come all the way again to get issue fixed. No compensation for the inconvenience.. In fact they are ok if we returned them all..."
