"I went to the store to look for a new driver. I had money in hand and ready to buy. The store was relatively empty with maybe one other customer. I was looking at the drivers for a good 15 minutes. I walked around looking at other items, then back to the drivers. Not once was I asked if I needed any help. The 2 guys working were too busy talking at the front of the store. They almost sounded like 2 high school girls the way they were giggling. Really bad customer service and for that you lost a couple hundred dollar sale."
"This review is for the company, not this particular store. I purchased an item online and payment went through. I ordered 2-day shipping because I needed it by then. The order was cancelled and they told me they didn't have it in their inventory? Why was it listed? They sent me a letter addressed to "Null Null". Wow, great customer service! Did they offer a similar item? A discount on another order? Even a 5% off coupon? Nope, NOTHING. Never again."
