"The worker “Monroe” was very mannerly and approachable and welcomed me with a big smile. He made sure to say “Hello”’ and he directed me to the cat food, where he also began reorganizing some of the shelves to make certain that customers could find what they needed efficiently. He recommended brands and made sure they wouldn’t induce allergic reactions to my feline. He set me up with a rewards account too, and I observed him doing such a tremendous job with the rest of the customers. I was exceedingly delighted with my visit ☺️"
"1/06/24 was my first time visiting this store. I was on my way to Baja Fresh and notice this store. I’m not from VA. When I walked in there were 2 African American females at the registers talking amongst themselves, so I wasn’t greeted. That’s fine me as an African American female I’m getting use to this type of behavior from retail associates. I had to breakup their conversation so I could ask a question about dog beds. I was told the location, but I stopped in the dog collars isle first. As I was looking for a dog collar I felt something being shoved in my back and the my purse was lifted up from my arm. As I turned around a White male walked past with something that looks like Bamboo sticks hanging out of a small cart. He never apologized for touching me, he just kept walking passed. I didn’t want to cause a scene in the store because I know that what these type of people are expecting from us. I just put the collar down and walked out. Halfway through the door, a cashier yelled “Goodbye”. I felt uncomfortable shopping in that store. I think I was assaulted by a Ken."

"Just had a grooming session with Fernando, 10/10 would recommend! He took very good care of my dog Milo. Very enthusiastic and welcoming hospitality. Even as a new groomer I would definitely recommend scheduling your grooming sessions with Fernando. We will definitely be coming back for future grooming sessions!"
