"Had to put one star because there was not a negative star rating. I have been trying to get my boat for three weeks they keep running me around after I’ve put 15000 down saying they can’t get the bank I financed the rest with with to send the money to them and it’s their bank. Nobody there gets in any kind of hurry to help you.would not recommend that anyone ever deal with this place."

"Wow. These people just don’t care about you. They will do anything to nickel and dime you. When I rented the boat the total was $600 for a day and a overnight. We got back the charge us for a seat that were broken on the boat when we rented it but looked fine in the original pictures. We asked the boats guys on the docks if we would be charged and they said “your good nobody checks anyway” sure enough they hit us with a $600 extra charge. To say the least the management (aka Morgan) didn’t help us at all. Would not recommend this pace at all. We picked it cuz of good reviews but it was not a good experience. I have been coming here my whole life and have never experienced a scam like this one."

"I worked with Kim Green in the sales department in purchasing a pontoon boat. She explained everything I needed to know about the costs of maintaining the boat, slip rentals and the pluses and minuses of different boats. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. "Horrible customer service. Extremely rude. Even tried to compare their boat rental to Disney World. I called and rented a boat 1 week before Labor Day. The long range forecast turned ugly so I decided to call less than 2 days later to find out what the cancellation policy was. I was then told there was no cancellation policy and no refund. Yes I should of asked myself but it would of been nice if someone told me before they took my money. So I cancelled payment on my credit card as I told them I would do. They decided to send my credit card company a fraudulent receipt/contract. I never signed anything, received an email confirmation, nor have I ever stepped foot in their boat rental. In the end my credit card company denied their request for payment. Do not rent from this place. They take poor customer service to another level. Try renting from Bills they are much nicer."

"We've been doing business with them for seven seasons. Considering we just traded our first boat purchase in with them for our second boat purchase, I'd say we've been pleased with Deep Creek Marina. Kim is the best! She is sincerely nice-----whether you come with good news or an issue. Kim is knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, etc. Buying a boat from her was a fun and easy experience! We have a slip with Deep Creek Marina, store our boat with them, have them do all the maintenance on it, and Kim has always been our contact person. It's been a positive experience."
