"When you're at Deep Creek Lake, make A Mountain Fix at The Fort a must see for gifts and lake souvenirs you won't find anywhere else. From a wide variety of fine sterling silver--some designed by the owner--to a lip gloss with a light and mirror that you'll find yourself using over and over again, you are going to find something to love here. Wooden signs with messages about the lake and mountains, lots of other cool home decor, trendy trucker hats with sayings that get you noticed, and an exclusive line of Buddy by the Lake clothing are just some of the goodies you'll find here. If you're hungry , there's Route 11 potato chips, a variety of candy, and locally sourced lemonade and honey. If you just want to smell good, check out the multiple scents of body butter you'll find yourself reaching for over and over. I can't say enough good things about A Mountain Fix. Just go there, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and find out for yourself. You’re going to love it!"
