"Idk how you managed to make ashley upset, that's hard to do. This is a great store, the employees are very nice and work hard. @Dr. Charay Smith don't cause a ruckus in a store, children aren't an excuse to be rude."
"Our family traveled from all over. We exchanged names once we all met up and gave everyone a $10 budget. The children were so excited. Unfortunately, Scooter ( as the nametag implies) or Ashely was determined to discriminate, refuse to serve , and make this family time miserable. First she made it clear she didn't want us using the self checkout, then she told us "there are people waiting" as the children counted their money and adults stood to help( as we knew someone may go over budget). Ashely harassed, bullied and repeatedly did everything she could to make it known it was "her" store and we were not welcome. She called Maryland State Troopers and they had her back... she told Us she would Make it so we never came back to her store. Ashely was power struck, ill-willed and has traumatized and re-traumatized our family. The store was open until 9 and with 14 people spending hard earned money, we had nearly 2 hours to make this time matter but Ashley and Maryland State Troopers family members had other plans!!!"
"I travel non stop for both business and leisure. Dollar General serves me well in those travels. Today I stopped into this location and thought for a moment that I was somewhere else. Parking lot clean, front door glass spotless. Greeted immediately, store well lit and well stocked. No boxes cluttering the aisles, every shelf full or faced well. (Facing is important in any retail). I have worked in retail multi-unit management for over 20 years and over 10 as a single unit manager prior to that so it takes a lot to create the WOW factor for me, and this location did. Angie and her team have it figured out and from an appearance standpoint, a lot of DGs could take a lesson from this location. Thank you Angie and team for making this experience a WOW day!"
