"We had a less than optimal experience at this boat rental place. They allowed eight of us to rent a boat that clearly wasn't designed to accommodate that many people. It was cramped, uncomfortable, and felt unsafe. The staff didn't seem to care about our safety or comfort, and the whole experience was a disappointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing day on the water. The boat wouldn’t go over 9 mph. In the future we will make sure to read the fine print and ask questions. We were very excited for the day and the day was beautiful and we made the most of the experience. As this is the first time doing something like this we will educate ourselves more and depend less on the staff to inform us."
"Friendly, professional and efficient service. It was a busy morning of rental pick ups and they got everyone out on the water in a timely and organized fashion. The women at check in were friendly and knowledgeable and Garrison was kind and really went above and beyond to make our day on the lake as fun as it possibly could be. It’s clear why this is the most highly reviewed place to rent a pontoon boat. The boat was clean and looked brand new, it ran perfectly and the kids not only tubed but also got to try knee boarding and wake boarding for the first time. We would definitely come back."
"Great customer service; I had an amazing time at Deep Creek, and the family running the business was very courteous! There are very good quality boats, and the wakeboarding/tubing on the boats was an added plus. The best marina in Deep Creek!"
"Best place to rent a boat as well as Kayaks. Staffs are friendly and Lauren assisted us about all the rental options available to us. We rented a double kayaks delivered to our vacation home which was very convenient to us. Also we rented pontoon boat Yamaha G3 Suncatcher for 2 hours and had a great fun whole family. We went multiple spots in the lake and enjoyed. We took our Golden Retriever too as well in our boat which added additional joy! Note: If you are renting boat for first time, ask for little assistance before you head out on the boat."
