"from the moment I have walked in this place I felt like the owner/manager (short blonde women skinny with glasses) racial profiled me this was my first time in the store and I was just looking around to see what to buy for my cat and she started to follow me around it was actually really creepy hiding before the aisle and also watching me from a far. I ended up just getting some cat litter because I felt uncomfortable I could not even look at the selection of things. I only purchased from the store due to the cashier being so nice but I will not be coming back to this store"

"This place is not only top notch for pet products but they are really trying to do something good for unfortunate cats in need. After speaking with Danielle on the phone regarding adopting one their cats we immediately felt a connection of a loving and caring person on the other side of the phone. "Clean, organized and ethical store. If you have an aquarium and need a Local Fish Store (LFS) give Chico's a try. Great selection of fish, shrimp and snails. They have Multiple types of shrimp if you're like to diversify you're population. They have a nano tank section as well."

"FANTASTIC STORE! I always support small businesses first, and this is one of the best pet stores at which I've ever shopped. It is a mom and pop shop with the personality of a big chain store. They have an large array of pet supplies and products. They always have exotic and interesting fish that are difficult to find in larger chain stores. They usually have a great variety of shrimp and even have lobsters from time to time. Their tanks are well kept, contain minimal detritus, and are always presentable. They seem to sincerely care for every animal in the store, being watchful of any deleterious conditions. The staff is friendly, respectful. They also exhibit a knowledge and understanding of their animals and products and are always willing to offer advice to customers. A big plus - they remember patrons when they come in. While I have not utilized the dog groomer, I hear she has an amazing reputation. They have a great return policy on pets - usually 48 hours which is reasonable, and no questions asked. If you are looking for an organic food for your dog or cat, this is the place. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed!"
