"The worst groomer ever. They ruined my beautiful Cavalier who was always perfectly groomer before moving here. I’ve been devastated ever since, as his coat is destroyed and it’s been 8 months and his coat still hasn’t grown back properly. The groomer was horrible. I should have known because when we walked in my dog, who is friendly with everyone, didn’t want to go with her. The worst experience I have ever had. Stay away so you don’t have the same experience as I had. :( :("
"We've had good experiences at Elysiem before with this dog and another one of our dogs, but recently we booked a grooming appointment for our dog with plenty of time in advance, and days before his appointment, Elysiem called to refuse his grooming because he is a large golden retriever and they said it would take too long. So if you have a large dog with high grooming needs, think twice about going to Elysiem because they care more about fitting more clients into a time slot than providing high quality grooming for dogs who need it, even to a returning, well paying customer. They also mentioned no other recommendations or opportunities to reschedule. What a shame."
"I brought my 12 year old Cockapoo to be groomed here - we had an excellent experience. He has anxiety and can be very difficult with hair cuts. Nicole was his groomer, she was patient with him and took the time he needed to have a great haircut. So happy to have found Elysiem."
