"*First picture is before when my hair was messed up due to a different stylist, second is after Katie fixed it, the rest are the most recent pictures I have* If you’re looking for a forever stylist, someone you can always go to & you’ll get exactly what you want every time, go to Katie. I can not say enough good things about Katie. I have known her & gone to her for hair services for years, 6 years. She has ALWAYS done an amazing job each time I have gone in. She is professional, the absolute best in the business, has an asking understand of the color wheel which is incredibly important for hair coloring, & is such a sweet & genuine person. I’ve told my friends go see Katie & if you aren't satisfied with what you get I will personally pay for it. I’m that confident about it. I have gotten highlights, an updo, brow wax, face wax, balayage, etc. I have a lot of stories about Katie fixing my hair but for the sake of my thumbs typing this, I’ll only talk about 2. First one is about extensions. I got extensions at a different salon, the bead extensions that get glued into your hair, they were fine until I went back to the salon that did them for a prom hairstyle which was them curling/waving my hair. They MELTED THE BEADS with the curling iron. When I tell you my hair turned into one huge dread I MEAN that. I knew that if I went back to that salon they would tell me to shave my head so I went to Katie. She spent almost a week picking at this dread of hair just to untangle it so i could have hair on my head. She fixed it & saved my hair. Second story is the most recent story. I made the mistake of going to a different salon…. Again but! It’s because I’m 5-6 hours away from Erie now. I went to the salon in York PA which is where I live & I asked for highlights. Here is what I got. A bleached head of hair that was orange and white, choppy shelf layers, & damaged hair. I went back to that salon for them to fix it after I called & asked if there was anything they could do (I’m full of bad ideas). I went back in & the first thing they said to me was “we knew who it was when you called, I can’t believe she did that to your hair” they let me walk out a salon like that. Anyways, they “try to fix it” & my hair turned GREY & orange, they lighted my roots just to put purple on my roots! I hope you can see it in the photo! I called Katie, pretty much crying asking her if she could fix it. She said of course & squeezed me in the earliest she could because she’s an amazing person. I drove to 5 hours to Erie for Katie to fix my hair & will be taking that drive every 3 months for her to do my hair. When I tell you it’s 100% worth it, I mean that. Like I said, I can’t say enough good things about her."
