"Got my hair done today, the manager took over and ruined my hair color and took over and made the best hair stylist cut too much of my hair. She was pushy ti me and bossy and making me get layers on my hair I didn’t want layers ajd charged me very expensive because her stylist isn’t a master stylist. Cami is a great stylist."
"Went with my mother when she came up to visit, and genuinely had a great experience. It may seem very hole in wall cause it's in a Macy's but the workers are extremely friendly! They also give good input and advice for styling after you leave as well. We had Cameo as our hair stylist and while I just got a simple trim and wash, I walked out happy. My mother on the other hand, I have NEVER seen excited about her hair. To her hair is hair. This time she dared to dip into color and Cameo did an excellent job with a subtle purple and brown mix (sorry I don't know technical terms lol) so it wasn't to intimidating for my mother haha. The whole ride home my mom could NOT stop talking about it, showing it off to the whole family at Easter like a kid showing everyone their Easter basket! You will not leave disappointed."
"So I took my 7 year old for her haircut which I usually do myself. And this is what I got! I asked to have 3 long layers in her hair and even it out. After I realized it was uneven after the first cut in which she chopped of at least 2-3 inches which I told her to keep the length! She cut it again and this is what we got! Her hair was to the middle of her back! I’m definitely never going back. She didn’t even wet it! Just brushed and chopped! I’m NOT happy. I expected my daughter to get a nice cut for her first day of school! Totally unacceptable! I was going to go back and demand my money back but it was in my best interest NOT TO, IT WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN GOOD! I don’t know her name. Smdh"
"Givig perm while running to other customers left on to long burnt hair, complained about it, sent home with conditioner on hair. Still a burnt mess demanded money back only refunded half. Went back to have another stilltylist to cut off burnt hair, Was told by girl who burnt my hair as the stylist was half done cutting it, that she didn't want me in the store. Beware of Lisa..."
