It was a Saturday, we were immediately welcomed and assisted by the staff when we walked in the door. We purchased a sleeper loveseat and two bars stools. Most of our household furniture has come from Ashley and we have been very satisfied with the quality and customer service. We would like to especially recognize Amber in customer service. She was very informative and thorough throughout the entire check out process and she followed up on Monday with a few questions we had during checkout. "We were greeted upon walking into store by Terri with a smile and thanked us for coming into Ashley furniture.(12-8-2023) My husband and I are very pleased with the customer service we received from Becky (Customer Service) and Terri (Sales Associate) at the 2400 E Churchville Rd, Bel Air, MD 21015 location. We expressed to Terri what we were looking for and she showed us everything they had. Terri was very polite, very knowledgeable regarding furniture. the whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. Becky was very helpful at checkout time and getting everything processed. Day of delivery the guys were very polite and careful with bringing furniture in and setting up. They made sure reclining part worked on sofa and loveseat. We are very happy and will be back for any other pieces of furniture in the future."
