"I have dealt with this business before as I have purchased a pool table several years ago. They also helped me relocate the table when we moved into a new house. All my previous interactions were great, very friendly team, super professional. However, last evening I stopped by with a friend trying to see if there are any foosball tables displayed on the floor, and also to check what they would be able to order. The older gentleman that was tending to the store seemed to be irritated that we stopped by, it was 1 hour before closing. He was very abrupt, not trying to help at all, almost aggressive. I asked about a foosball table that was advertised on their website and was told that there are no foosball tables listed on the website. Few minutes later, I showed him the listing and he very bluntly told us that that table is not available anymore. We asked if they have a catalog from which we could see what can be ordered and were told that the one table that was displayed on the floor is the only one they have and can order and we felt that it was a take it or leave kind of attitude. We left. -- Update 12/21/23. I am changing this to a 5 star as I had a pleasant phone conversation with Brian and we put together a plan to try to get my foosball table. We all have bad days and it's always great to see the owner of a business reaching out and trying to make things right!"

"Very disappointed in this place, walked into this store and was immediately greeted but once I told them I already had a pool table and was just looking to get pool cue he walked away from me and went into the back room. While I was looking around a lady came in and was asking about pool table and they immediately came up to her friendly and couldn’t ask her enough questions about how they could help her, So if you are not looking to spend 5000 plus with these people they have no interest in helping you. Will never go back."

I bought stools 10 years ago and because of the quality and longevity of the stools purchased an additional, same style, but changed out stool covers due to change in color scheme. We recently purchased a pool table too and love it. The table was assembled at the home with delightful conversation and instruction on how to maintain the product. We give this family store a 10 being very satisfied with their service, warm hospitality, and products."
