"Not a fan. Staff was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. But my wax itself was trash. I should have just shaved for free. My hair was ripped off at the follicles leaving me with stubble which is the exact opposite of why you go get waxed. Not to mention I will likely have way more ingrown hairs than if the job had been done well. AND there is no way this "waxing" session will last me anywhere near the 4 projected weeks that it should. On the bright side. This terrible service has motivated me into proceeding with laser hair removal. So, I'm looking forward to being hair free, and never visiting this location again."
