"Chick-fil-A use to be known for their stellar service, now little to no effort is given. That’s really ashame. There has been many times now where i get home just to find out all of the food I ordered isn’t in the bag. I take the loss because i never feel like going ALL THE WAY back, wasting gas, etc just to get what they failed to put in my bag. It’s not convenient anymore just a hassle."

"Sucky order fulfillment by suboptimal employees. YOUR ONLY REAL OPTION IS SIT AT THE ORDER WINDOW UNTIL YOU'VE VERIFIED WHAT’S IN THE PAPER BAG. OPEN EVERY SANDWICH. VERIFY THE SAUCES. Use their time, ‘cause they don’t hesitate expecting your time donation when they mess up. Great place so long as 1) you don’t care when they give you some (always less expensive) item you didn’t order instead of what you paid for, and 2) you’re fine with a lesser meal or 3) a return to the store for their hot replacement item to go with the rest of your cold meal, or 4) willing to verify that you receive the gift card thru their app (but only if you’re a regular at the store ‘cause they can’t use the app refund with non-regulars, or wait for the refund by mail. It’s tough running a retail business with employees who can’t spell, count, or read. But that’s the candidate pool. It’s worse being a customer because they’re happy to take your money, but not so much giving it back if they don’t give what you paid for."
"I got the french fries thru drive through . When I get home , I opened the bag and the fried is so bad . I had to come back to let them know they need to train their staff . It is a waste of time . Cant believe !"
"It is not the cleanest place. Sometimes they will take forever to bring your order. Sometimes the food does not seem fresh. One day, we got an open bottle of water. We didn’t feel like drive back there to complain. Just realized when we got home that it was opened and half filled. Another day, my sons chicken sandwich was wrapped up in a huge black hair. It was so disgusting. We are done with Chick-fil-A."
