"We ate breakfast and dinner here, and both times we ate here, the service was great. We were greeted almost as soon as we had sat down. It is a little expensive but that's to be expected since it's inside a hotel. For breakfast, I ordered the French toast, which was very good but too sweet for me. I was a little disappointed that for how much it costed I didn't get any meats or eggs. I dont remember the name of what my bf ordered, but it came with plenty of food that he shared with me, mainly the bacon and potatoes. It was raining one evening and I didn't want to go out so we decided to try dinner here. I got the grilled cheese sandwich meal because I was cold, and that just sounded delicious, which it was. My boyfriend got the smashburger, and he said it was okay. it's just a burger, lol. It also didn't take that long to receive our food either. Overall, it is pricey, but if you're just too tired to go out and eat, this place will work."
"The servers are awesome, the hotel is nice, and the atmosphere is great, but the food must be why this restaurant is called infamy. It was honestly very disappointing. I ordered a $23 turkey sandwich that was filled with what looked and tasted like a packet of the cheapest deli meat between two slices of grocery store bread and a couple slices of tomato and lettuce. The $12 chocolate lava cake tasted cheap and like it had gone off, and the ice cream had chunks of ice chips in it. If this meal was $10, I wouldn’t be complaining, but for almost $50 including tax and tip, it was much lower quality than what I would have gotten at any other restaurant at a comparable price. I would strongly recommend that this restaurant invest in better quality ingredients so that the meals match the level of quality the rest of the hotel represents."
"DO NOT eat the the hotel buffet. It was the most disgusting food I have EVER spent $20 on. The chicken was so dry I had a hard time chewing and swallowing it. The rice had no taste. The veggies were lukewarm, and the soup was actually cold. I didn't expect a 5 star meal, but I also didn't expect the very poor quality of food either. The manager needs to be fired immediately. He is obviously not paying attention to the quality of food being brought out. I was shocked. When the manager walked by, he asked if I liked my meal. I said No and he walked away while I still talking. I did not raise my voice or shout obscenities at him. The waitstaff were wonderful. Westin, this manager is a representative of your company. And he is an extremely embarrassing ambassador for you. Someone has dropped the ball here. Shame on you."
"It was a good hotel. A little far from everything but not too bad. There were a few things I didn’t like. They started construction next to our room in the morning and it was super annoying and distracting. The bed sheets were stained and the restaurant food was super expensive and not great. Also, the room thermometer was set to 60 but we were still sweating at nice and not able to sleep. It was HOT in the room. Other than that the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice and the location felt safe."
"Disgusting Food review only: Don’t order steak here. Salad n steak $29 + tip. The meat was really tough as if was cooked over more than once. I spit it out and threw out half the meal. This is not a reflection of the server. The server was super nice. The hotel stay is just right."
