"I love Ilo Salon, I love my stylist Adam and I love the lady who washes my hair and massages my neck and head. The place is clean and organized. When you walk in you see the presence of a system. I have been getting my hair done by Adam for a while now. I have a longer hair style and he works in a way that we don't need to come back earlier than 3 months. I also come here when I need a blow dry and styling for an occasion. I strongly recommend them."
"Lee is a wonderful hairdresser! I went in asking for full highlights and a good amount of length cut off of my hair, and Lee was able to give me the most gorgeous highlights despite my whole head being dyed pink upon arrival. He was careful to make sure that the dye would come out before he did my whole head, and I really appreciate his precaution and dedication to giving me the best service a customer could get. Entirely worth the cost and time, thank you Lee!"

As someone who likes to have a bit more hair on top to style, a unique feature of his method of cutting really allows my hair to sit and grow out to my liking in a way that doesn't require much product or tons of styling with a brush or comb. "Upon moving to DC area years ago, I was in a constant search for a good salon and a hairdresser. After so many disappointing experiences, I finally came across Salon ILO, specifically Lee. Once I got a haircut and highlights from Lee, it was clear to me, search is over! Lee does a superb job with the styles of haircut and highlight colors requested. Several times I asked him to keep the length of my hair and was pleasantly surprised (other hairdressers would typically chop of half of the length). I would definitely recommend Salon ILO."
"Lee is an amazing hairstylist. Every time I have a haircut or hair color he impresses me. He is very well-experienced, up to the trend and knows how to work with different types of hair. I have high volume of hair and it is not everybody’s job to do the right thing. His haircuts are chic and classy. Also, since my hair is dark, it is easy that the color changes to red/orange tone. But his choice of colors is against that. Anytime I did a highlight or hair color with him, I received a lot of compliments. Lee is very nice, ethical and helpful. The salon has a nice atmosphere as well :)"
