"I recently had a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. I ordered my usual Friday post-karate meal for my son and me, only to find out they had left out one of our sandwiches when I got home. I decided to address the issue during my next visit, and a week later, I did just that. To my surprise, the manager informed me that there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. This was quite disheartening, especially since I had always associated Chick-fil-A with impeccable customer service."
"Today, I was disheartened by my experience at this Chick-fil-A. This is not my first time here, but I’m just surprised how they treated me today. I mentioned to the person taking the order that the volume on the speaker was very low and I couldn’t hear her. What I could catch was her irritation. I remained polite and I then brought up the issue to another employee when I pulled up to the window informing them that the speaker on the system they are using was very low making it hard to hear. The guy blew me off. It appears that this establishment does not accommodate those who are hearing impaired and that’s unfortunate. I may have to elevate this as the Americans with Disabilities Act requires restaurants to make both physical and policy changes to serve customers with disabilities."
