"This isn’t about the ice cream, it’s about the team! Excellent customer service at this location. Had it get a birthday cake for my son day of his party. I called in and someone let me know they had a few pre made cakes available. He said someone could write on it for me. When I showed up to the store 15 minutes later, he greeted me and knew exactly who I was. He was amazing!!!! Wish I got his name but the entire team was pleasant, store was so clean and inviting. Definitely the best one I’ve been to."
"I had visit this location Saturday with my boyfriend to grab a quick bite to eat, while sitting in the dinning area, I saw mice running across the floor and one ran under my boyfriend seat! I was so freaked out and disgusted! I went and told one of the employees, they informed me that the exterminator will be out in a few days . Honestly, I feel like if the mice are running out in the dinning area where they're people, I can only imagine the kitchen. The bathrooms were not clean AT ALL and honestly I'm not coming back until the someone does something about sanitation problem."
