"On Sunday, July 11, 2022 I called in my order for 2 dozens of LARGE FEMALE crabs. They gave me a dozen and a half SMALL/MEDIUM Male/Female mixed crabs. 9 crabs were green on the inside. When I called to let them know, they said it’s nothing they can do because the crabs were already open."
