"I’ve invited 3 groups for dinner, at different dates. A total of 23 persons, four times this year. Going back today for lunch. The place is clean. Nice ambiance and every one in my group was very pleased with delicious food. I liked the mushroom appetizer, the salmon with huge baked potatoe."

"When my wife and I have a busy Sunday and want to eat out, we plan to get to the restaurant early and leave before it gets too busy. Ordered the crispy chicken wings and wild west shrimp. Both were delicious and was afraid we would get full on the appetizers before the main entrees. Well, even-though we were one of the three of the parties in the restaurant, the service from here went south real quick. The young waitress seemed pleasant, but when we had to look for her after asking for items like, two Caesar salad dressings after bringing 1, ordered steaks and did not ask if we needed steak sauce, steaks sat for 5 minutes while we looked for waitress, another 5-7 minutes waiting for to-go containers, because at this point we decided to take our food home and eat instead of the restaurant. We normally order from this Long Horn online and pick food up at curbside, but decided to eat in for the first time today. When asking the front door person to assist, she deferred to our waitress showing no concern for our needs while we were in the restaurant as well as when we were leaving. It pains us to not leave a tip as tips are an addition to what the waiters and waitresses need to subsidize their income; however, bad service will always get a small or no tip. Unfortunately this case warranted no tip at all. The food is always a 10+ and we will continue to order online, pickup, but never again attempt to eat in at this location."

"Second time at this location, food has been good both times the sirloin was seasoned and cooked to perfection, the baked potatoes were delicious and salad was crisp.but the service was terribly slow both times It took 10 plus minutes for a draft beer and a glass of wine. I won’t even bother for a third time."

"We arrived Saturday around 7 and only had a 15 minute wait time. Hostess did not greet me but just asked “How many?” Ok she was busy no big deal. She walked us to our table that had one booth seat and had a chair on the side of it. It was a very odd setting for a couple. And it is in a weird location. She added another chair to probably throw off the weirdness. Our waitress said a total of 5 sentences to us. Didn’t greet us, tell us her name and we felt very uncomfortable. No eye contact. We almost walked out after putting in our drink order. She was very annoyed and we didn’t ask for anything additional because we didn’t want to bother her. It was possibly the weirdest service I have ever encountered. The food is good here which is the reason why we came. But the whole stoic encounter with the waitress and hostess was very off putting. I didn't Even want to ask for a refill. :( It was sad because it was my husbands birthday we didn’t even want to get dessert."

"Really good service, above average food, but they need to pay more attention to cleanliness. The menus were dirty, the bathrooms were smelly, and the table was sticky when we were seated."
