"So I placed a phone order. The girl told me my order came to $26.13 so I asked her to add a $5.00 tip for the driver. She asked me to hold while she gets the manager Demetrees he then re-rings my order to $33.53 let's just say I was charged twice and they refused to return my money and told me my bank statement is wrong that there was no extra charge. I would never and I mean NEVER place another phone order at this carryout again... Pat's Pizza - 6301 Kenwood Ave. Rosedale Maryland."

"Paid for extra pepperoni didn’t get it. Ordered it well done didn’t happen. Toppings all slid off. Not the Pats I know in Edgewood. Extremely disappointing as we only get pizza once a month as a cheat day."

"I've ordered from here several times recently and have always been happy with the food. However today I went to pick up an order and while I was waiting, I was looking at the desserts. I asked the guy at the counter about one of them and he said, why don't you go ahead and take it. He even called it a "sample", implying that he was giving it to me. I thought this was really nice and even thanked him, but as I was leaving he told me he had to ring me up for the cake. I never would have spent $6 on a piece of cheesecake, at least not today, so that sucked. I also ordered the roasted veggie sub, which is more expensive than the other subs with meat (?) and received the smallest amount of filling in a veggie sub I've ever seen. It tastes good but I don't feel it was worth $11. A cold cut or a cheeseburger sub or a cheese steak even are all twice as big and cost less. I'm just very confused about my visit today."
