"These folks canceled my policy unbeknownst to me. This error has cost my family $8500 I pay my premium in full every year for approximately $800. Mid-year I requested an upgrade to a full tort premium for additional ~ $100. They sent me one bill while I was out of town taking care of a sick family member. A few weeks later they allegedly canceled my policy returning my premium balance of $331 (more than enough to cover the amount owed). I never received that letter with as evidenced by the fact that I never cashed the returned premium check! My policy was canceled unbeknownst to me for more than 3 months putting my family at tremendous risk. Sadly I got into an accident with my daughter in the car which is how I discovered that I had no insurance. the repairs to my car cost $8500. Luckily we did not have medical bills. We had to refinance our home. It was clearly an oversight and a terrible job by my broker to reach out and let me know the policy was being canceled (they claimed to have left one voice mail message - (Don't use Jack Bonus Agency in Zelienople, PA), After 10 years of paying premium policy with NO claims they simply weren't there for me. They could have reinstated it retroactively (considering they still had the money for my full premium). My broker actually explained how that claim would have an impact on their bonuses. seriously. I had to remortgage my house and he's telling me about his bonus. I did not know requesting to upgrade my insurance would cause it to cancel. No one actively reached out to say... hey that's weird she still has her homeowners here and she never cashed the check we sent... maybe we should call her and speak to her or send a certified letter. I do not recommend this company. Not worth the risk"

"I recently moved all of my insurance to the Jack Bonus agency. My liability, workers compensation and auto. They did a fantastic job, everyone that I have ever dealt with were very pleasant to work with and they always keep on top of everything and get me insurance certificates in a timely manner. Everyone is very knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend the Jack Bonus Agency!"

"The agent I spoke to today was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me to teach my sales guy how to do his job because now she "had to do double work", as he had given her the wrong loss payee on a financed vehicle. I have about 1,700 customers a year shopping for insurance and if this is their level of customer service, I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone."
