"Never again will I go to this place. Quoted part price was 3 times higher than the part store for the same Motorcraft part. Told me the job "is pretty involved, it will take a couple of hours." For the low price of $250 they could install the part. It took a different mechanic 30 minutes to replace the part, costing me only $55 for the labor. I don't deal with thieves or liars."

"Surprisingly accommodating! Went in for an oil change, but inspection was due next month. The problem is that my registration was expired. They renewed that for me. I also needed a new insurance card. I was able to email it to him and he printed it for me. Thanks Rob!"

"Rob Cazin is the man at Quick Lane! Since purchasing my Focus ST and my wife's Escape in September 2017, I've dealt with Rob at Quick Lane. Both cars have lifetime oil changes and Rob schedules them back to back and gets me in and out within 90 minutes for both, always making it work in my work schedule. Rob customer service is the best I have ever received. He's helped me with scratches, alloys, tires, new parts etc. And within a week of any appointment I receive a call asking how the cars are both driving. I need new tires on my Focus ST and Rob went through 3 to 4 options with me, explained when rebates were available to help me save money. Quick Lane beat the price of Tire Rack including installation however the tires I wanted were not available without me paying for freight shipping charge. I ordered them myself on Amazon and am having Quick Lane install them even though it's now costing me a bit more, just because I enjoy dealing with Rob. Pricing has always been reasonable and even if it was a bit more, I would pay because of the customer service experience I've first hand received."
