"I was looking for a new place to get service done on my vehicle. I gave Baierl Ford and shot and i was happy did! Appointment was easy on their website. When i got there I met Stephanie Thunberg who was friendly and excellent at explaining everything i wanted to get done (which was an oil change and tire rotation). She made the check in easy and again explained everything again. My Edge was done quickly and was clean both inside and out. Ill def be going back to Baierl for service with Staphanie and probably sales as well when its time."

"Fair warning, this dealer unplugs dashcams when you bring your car in for service. So you'll have no idea how your car was treated by the mechanic other than just taking their word for it. They claim that they're legally allowed to for privacy reasons, but they didn't warn me of this ahead of time and other dealers in my experience don't do this. Service was fine otherwise and Rob was friendly, but having 5 miles put on my Mustang for a state inspection and not being able to see how it was driven doesn't leave me with a good feeling."

Mike explained everything in detail, and was a great communicator from start to finish of the job. The work by the shop met all my expectations, and I appreciate the courtesy inspection which uncovered some safety issues that needed to be addressed."
