#1 Cochran Nissan Cranberry

"If I could give less than one star I would. HORRIBLE experience! Took my Nissan to get an inspection. After finding a few things “ wrong” with my car, and $1500 later…they neglected to put the inspection sticker on my car. We were halfway home (30 minute drive) when we realized…no sticker. They claimed that the check engine light was still on when they drove it and sometimes it takes a while for it to turn off. No one told us this before we left the establishment…just let us sign and leave without telling us they didn’t complete the process. Upon calling them… they stated no big deal just come back without an appointment and they'll put it on. After 3 trips back to the dealership, they made my husband wait for 2.5 hours…hooked it up to some machine and charged us another $60 for the emissions they failed to do due to a " failed" inspection! All of this they never disclosed to us before paying them $1500 and letting us leave! We will never be returning to this establishment and we will most certainly let our friends know not to go there…so they're not taken for every dime and nickel they own!!!!"
