"This was my worst experience here. 1. Service was trash. I understand being short staffed and being overworked, but rarely checking in and and having an off putting attitude makes things worse. My waiter seemed like he didn't want to serve me and my brother. 2. My burger was cold and rare. The waiter asked if I wanted some pink, I told him very little. It came back cool mushy and rare. I asked for another and it came back worse. It was equally cool to the touch, mushy and bright pink, but this time is was incredibly oily. The bottom bun was soaked with oil. I had lost all appetite to ask for a 3rd burger. Asked for my check and that took forever as well. Terrible experience and the chef that night should take some cooking lessons."

"This place was very nice. We went for a family get together and we enjoyed ourselves. My dad is in a wheelchair and it was very easy to take him from the handicap parking space into the restaurant. We were seated promptly and did not have to wait for a table. The only hangup I had with the place was the waiter. He was not a happy person who waited on us with a smile. Infact... the whole time he served us he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder for some reason. He never smiled throughout our visit , and he forgot to bring my husband's drink to the table. Half an hour went by until finally my husband had to flag another waiter to please bring him his drink. Our visit was nice because we were there to spend time with family. But our waiter had much, much to be desired."

"The food is not bad it’s just doesn’t have no seasoning. Service is terrible. Nobody was there to greet me when I came in. So I sat at the bar. The bartender eventually took notice to me. The manager never said anything I try to get her attention several times. One of the biggest things that I don’t understand. Why do they bring you out hot condiments. I got mozzarella sticks for my appetizer and I pacifically said give me barbecue sauce as you know they did mess up and they served me the marinara which was heated. I’m already eating hot mozzarella sticks no need to heat the marinara. I did try the bourbon, street chicken and shrimp with a side of potatoes. The potatoes were OK. The chicken was juicy but not season the shrimp or water shrimp but I did expect that I did try one of their dollar drinks. It was awfully disgusting. It took me almost 7 minutes for me to get my check so I can go because the manager never paid me any attention and the bartender went to the restaurant. I don’t believe in walking out on a bill."

"Unfortunately l can't give this location a better rating. Our table we were seated at was sticky and in the corner of our booth there was dirty fork,knife left from who ever sat there last. We received our drinks but they didn't taste like there was any alcohol in them. The chicken fingers were dry and the French fries were cold. I'm sorry to say for over $80.00 dollars l can't justify going back. I certainly can't say it's acceptable to seat people at a dirty table. The food was so dry just a sad experience."
