I called my agent who made it easy by taking the necessary information on the call. The Erie claims representative called and emailed quickly and recommended multiple approved auto body shops. "I was referred to Coverage INC, specifically Joe Stopski and Dorie Hare for an insurance review. Not really thinking much would come of it, I decided to give them a call to review our insurance coverage. We have been with the same company for nearly 20 years, without any issues, so I wasn't necessarily looking to change my insurance, but I figured it couldn't hurt. Between my initial conversation with Joe, and then subsequent conversations with Dorie, it was a very pleasant experience. I was able to give them information on my current policy at the time for all of my vehicles and home, and within a few days I received a detailed quote explaining all of my coverages with Erie. They shopped many different companies and were even able to find coverage for me, which can be difficult due to my job placing me at a slightly higher risk (a lot of insurance companies flat out said they would not insure me). Dorie didn't stop at the first no, but kept working and found us far better coverage, added a few areas where our current coverage was lacking, and when we discussed our quote, she had no problem adjusting a few things according to my family's preferences. Overall, Joe and Dorie were phenomenal from start to finish. We just officially started our coverage through them and the best part is they saved us about $400 a year (even after adding more coverage than our previous company!). "First, I highly recommend Joe Stopski and Janet Forrest as insurance specialists. My wife (Jodie) and I find them both to be honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding Auto and Home insurance. Our Experience: Soon my wife and I will be entering retirement and we wanted to be sure we had adequate Auto and Home insurance at a cost we could afford on a fixed income. We have been with different very well known agency for 35+ years (not associated with Coverage Inc). So during conversation, our friend Joe offered to review our then "current coverage", make recommendations and provide comparative quotes. After Joe and Janet Forrest reviewed our then "current" policies , they quickly pointed out that we were very underinsured from a liability standpoint....especially regarding Auto liability and we had ZERO Umbrella coverage. Through out the years, we had NEVER had an insurance coverage review with that other well known agency (neither offered or requested). No one else had ever mentioned we needed Umbrella coverage or explained why. Joe and Janet quoted the insurance we needed through Erie Insurance (Including $1M Umbrella coverage). They explained in detail the coverage provided by the Erie policy, why they felt Erie was the best choice and the importance of Umbrella coverage. To compare apples with apples, we had that other well know agency also provide a quote with the same liability coverage. The cost was higher than Erie (nearly 30% higher) and much of the coverage provided by the Erie policy could not be matched. So with that said, we purchased the recommended Erie insurance and ended up with more coverage at less cost. All thanks to the work by Joe and Janet.
