"Pool Service MD was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. The work was not properly done and I was left holding the bag after paying a in full to put new plaster, coping and tile. The wrong coping was used that can not support our automatic pool cover which any quality pool contractor should have know. I was just told sorry you need to do whatever you need but i can't help you. I now need to pay another contractor to redo the work. There is no quality or customer or customer satisfaction with this one man band of a company. Not even sure this a licensed contractor as they cant provide nor can I find a MHIC number for MD Pool Service MD."
"My former pool service guys retired, but recommended Scott and Pool Service MD in Laurel. I contacted Scott and set up a pool opening for 18 May, but he didn't call or show on the actual day. I tried repeatedly to contact him, but his phone wasn't working. After about 5 days, I successfully reached Scott. He apologized sincerely and we rescheduled for 3 June. Well, I waited all day again, and once again he didn't show or call. Am very disappointed, because now I cannot get my pool opened by another sevice until after July 4th."
