"Went to inquire about a membership. Absolutely the rudest staff I ever met. I would not buy membership to that point alone! They need to hire friendly and welcoming people."
"My husband and I approached the facility interested in purchasing guest passes for the day but we were met with incredibly rude staff upon entrance. After a series of abrasive questions loaded with needless attitude, it was finally made clear that it is a private facility for membership only. Not a problem. We live in the neighborhood and would have considered becoming members had our initial impression not been so negative. Cute but small facility that doesn’t justify such an elitist attitude from staff."
