"Took a bus to nyc. On the way there we stopped at a rest stop but on the way back we didn’t. When we had stopped at the rest stop, the bus driver said “be back in 15 min” and one person wasn’t back and we nearly left without them… so be aware of that. We got to the bus stops early so we could sit together but there were empty seats."
"This is the first time I was using bus from Vienna to New York and also my worst experience. The bus’ machine got blown up and I had to wait for almost 2 hour inside the bus without AC. It was hard to breathe, so hot, and I had to wasting my time like this. I need to get a refund!"
"I have been using best bus for the last 6 YEARS. I reside in the DMV area and have a ton of family in New York. It has been so easy using best bus, I feel safe and comfortable while riding and that’s hard to find. I also appreciate the bathroom for the long ride. The NYC drop-off/pick-up location is right across from a diner, i think it’s Skylight Diner?, where I usually wait for the bus and grab a bite before boarding. Don’t be late though because the buses are always on time and may even have an earlier than predicted drop-off time which is always a plus. Thank you BestBus for the years of easy & comfortable travel!"
"The bus is usually never late, if there's a lot of people then it might leave a little late, but the bus driver always gives an estimated ETA once you're on board and I've found it to always be true. There's also plenty of room for luggage under the bus. I like how they give each passenger a water bottle too. Note: it's best to line up and stay in line once you get to the bus stop. Regulars will already do this, so it's best to follow. The bus driver will make everyone get in a line once he arrives anyway, so it makes the process faster and smoother."
