"I took my car into the shop and was greeted nicely. I asked to see if they could get a lock off of a wheel because another shop lost my key. Larry was so nice to me and told me he would do his best. He succeeded without damaging the Lock. Between Larry Ken and John they Could not have been nicer! They repaired my tire in no time. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!"

"My receipt has multiple vehicles information and services listed. I purchased 2 Bridgestone tires for my Lexus. The receipt has Hyundai information listed along with my vehicle information. The tires had a grayish colored film on them. I thought it would wash off but it didn't. I called and spoke with the sales guy he didn't know what it was and said I should bring the car back. A internet search revealed its part of the manufacturing process and they would turn black when they are broken in at about 500 miles. So far they do look better. I thought it was odd that the tire sales person wouldn't know about the break in period for new tires. I haven't made it back to the shop for the correct receipt yet. The appointment was on time and the installation was fast. I hope the tires appearance improves. So far 1 tire looks much better than the other."

"Do not take your car here. My car was here for a wheel alignment and the inside of my car was caught on fire... they had employees yelling at me when I found out about what happen and even pushing his own employees to get to me. This was a total of 14 thousand dollars to be able to fix my car which isn't repairable. My car ended up being totalled. They denied denied and denied all responsibility and forced me to leave with my car is that condition. This is absolutely absurd for something like this to happen in the trust of someone's hands and for this to happen. I am now without a car and still owed money on."

"This place succ!!!!!! I had a tire service schedule on my BMW x5 35x drive I brought a 255 50 19 Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season Run Flat tire to be put on and rotated I set an appointment at 11:00am and didn't receive service until 11:45am which is cool I understand places get busy, The problem is that this place damaged my tire and lied about it!!! when I first got there I was told the wait was long because they only had one tire tech however there was 2 ,1senior tech disappeared and so they gave me a new tire tech showed before pictures and after and still They told me it was the dealer fault which I then showed them the tire certification and spoke to supervisor Ashely and still blamed dealer you can clearly see the damage on my side wall, And said its nothing they can do after leaving this place I had to purchase another tire and charged to put it on at another tire place please avoid this place unless it's very very simple me being sarcastic !!cause what's more simple than putting on a tire for a company that's supposed to be licensed to work on tires am still waiting to see the guy's credentials to even work on tires or anything else wasn't even given a sorry nothing than was told I don't owe them anything and that I could leave I told them how am I going to leave without my pad to get in my car then they couldn't find it guess who had it the tire tech who damaged my tire if you forget to give keys back what else did you do wrong let that sink in enough said let it go ,go somewhere else!!!!"
