"The quality of service and customer service has gone downhill at this location. I’ve been taking every vehicle I’ve owned to this location, including my benz, for oil changes. I live a great distance from a Benz dealership, and naively thought it would be okay for oil changes . Lets just say, BAD IDEA! Due to the problems I’ve been experiencing immediately after they touched my car, I made an appointment with the dealership to diagnose the problem, as I’m nervous about them touching my car again! The guys, especially paul, aren’t the friendliest. Very passive aggressive. I wouldn’t return."
