"This is for Pasadena location. I had my BMW serviced here and I have to say attention to detail was not a priority. Upon driving my vehicle I was experiencing something dragging on the ground. I looked and could see a pan that was attached but dragging. I took it back in and they admitted their mistake and replaced the pan. They said my car was the cleanest car they had ever seen that was 5 years old. Within driving 500 miles my check engine light is on. I had the code read and 2 mechanics in my family have said it could be related to the work they did. I called and tried to schedule an appointment and was told to get them to read the code it would be $155. I told them I already had it and the young lady informed me that it didn't matter. Very disappointed. I was hoping to have a go-to local BMW shop so I wouldn't have to go to the dealer in Annapolis."
