"I was so relieved at the great service I got. The reviews are right! Jon is the best! I needed a MD State Inspection done and was worried about repairs that another shop said needed done. Obviously the other shop was trying to pull one over on me. I am an novice mechanic and a car girl, and I was skeptical of that other shop's assessment. I have a 12 year old car, and what Jon found was only two things that cost half as much and were none of the things the other shop told me. I was just so relieved. There's even a nice dog "mascot" there named Harriet. I have other things to get fixed, and I'm going to go to see Jon again, definitely!!"

"I spoke with a representative on the telephone before taking my vehicle there. I was told that it was fine to take it there two days later during the morning. I arrived and was told that my vehicle could not be looked at for two weeks. I explained that I had called and was told that I could bring it in that morning. The gentlemen then told me that maybe I had called another company with a similar name and not them. I later checked my call history comparing the number that I had called to their number on their website I had indeed called them. Best case scenario the communication between their crew is quite poor. Worst case scenario they did not want to work on my particular vehicle issue or there was something about me in particular that the gentlemen that I spoke with did not like so he told me something to get rid of me. Either way my time was wasted. I can appreciate those that have had good experiences with them according to reviews but my brief experience was less than stellar."
