"We went into this location because my daughter was being transferred to another hospital. All we needed was a cup of water. In order for her to take her medication. They charge me $2.15 for a cup of water. everyone has told me how great the food is in this place, but the hospitality was terrible. Why would you charge someone $2.15 for a cup of water, not even a bottle of water. We have to stop going to these places. We are investing in their education, their health, and their livelihood. And they can't even give out a cup of water. I didn't want it for free. I was willing to pay for it, but a cup of water should never be $2.15. Then they act like they couldn't understand me. And all I wanted was a cup of water. I had to go through 4 people in order to get a cup of water and no one was in the restaurant."
"The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. The food is prepared as you wait. It’s exactly what you would expect from a fast food type hibachi restaurant. The spring rolls are good. The dumplings are just ok. I have never tried the sushi but I see a lot of other patrons order the sushi. The wait is reasonable and the the portion sizes are large. It’s enough to have the next day for lunch."
