"Great bakery, however the hours of all Weis markets are terrible. The deli not being open the whole time the store is open, makes no sense. Use to be 1 of my go to super markets but not anymore."

"Holiday hours on Black Friday?!? I have never even considered checking The hours for a store on Black Friday thinking they would open later. I know a grocery store doesn't have Black Friday sales but why open an hour later and why think the customers would actually check. Is someone who always shops on a Friday at 7:00 a.m. this was just random and I did my shopping at shoppers across the street a store I never stepped foot in and I actually liked it so opening an hour late probably has lost you a loyal customer that shops with you every week on Friday at 7:00 a.m.."

"I love the bakery and Meat Department . I live in Baltimore City and will shop here because I'm so impressed and I shop at many different supermarkets but I believe this Weis Market is the best I've ever been to."

"I have been coming to this store for years and I have never had one single complaint. I had to go to the customer service one day. Let me explain how incredibly rude that lady was. I don't go there anymore. There are so many other stores in town, maybe one without a rude customer service lady. Petty maybe. I expect good service."

"This Weis has many pros but also some cons. I will start with the pros: There is a wide selection of products, including specialty items like gluten-free products. They often have great sales in their meat department, and we regularly eat steak for quite cheap! The rewards program is a nice perk because we can use the points to save a pretty decent amount on gas at their gas station. You save 10 cents per gallon per 100 points you save, so if you have 100 points, you get 10 cents off per gallon, 200 points, you get 20 cents off per gallon, 300 points gets you 30 cents off, and so forth. You can also use your points for free/reduced priced items in store. Now for the cons... Most of the employees are teenagers, and many do not seem to care much about their jobs or customer service, which I get, but at the same time, it IS their job. Second, their produce department is wildly hit or miss; many times, I have seen rotten produce on the shelves, and I mean many rotten items. I have also had meat from their meat department go bad well before the sell by date at least 4 times now (and we live close-by so the drive home is short and we immediately put our cold groceries away in the fridge, which is at the proper temperature). I went in and exchanged the expired-too-soon pork one time and the older lady at the service desk was quite rude to me and acted as if I was somehow in the wrong. The meat was clearly very bad, it was several days before the sell by date, and I had the receipt, so I was 100% within my rights to exchange. She did do the exchange, but she was not pleasant. I have also had bread from them go moldy days before the "best by" date, so I'm not too sure what's going on with that. Sale prices are great, but if you buy everything at regular price, Weis can be expensive, so definitely shop the sales!!"
