"Ordered Pizza at 6:30, at 8:20 called restaurant and was told pizza was out for delivery. Pizza never came. Just glad I was paying with cash or I'd be cancelling my credit card charge. Not a trustworthy restaurant if you really want food :("
"Part of my order was missing, the food was cold, promised the at 8:08 didn’t get it until 8:37. Call the store for a refund on the missing item, was told I couldn’t get a refund on the missing item. Then proceed to yell at me about a game that’s why the food was late and an item missing from my order. I was told I could only get an in store credit because I used a credit card to pay for my order. If I could give I would give this place a negative five."
"Every time I order they mark my order as delivered when it hasn’t been. It takes 20 minute’s sometimes afterward to finally receive my order. They NEVER bring it to my door. I always have to come down to my lobby AND to the car to receive the order. I was placed on hold for long periods of time and when finally speaking to a manager she rudely rushed me off the phone. She says she’ll make up for the item they forgot to deliver before she hang up the phone on me. They didn’t keep their word and never delivered the food I paid for! Papa John’s CLOSE THIS LOCATION OR HIRE NEW STAFF!!! Every experience is HORRIBLE! Considering just ordering from Pizza Hut."
