Domino's Pizza

"my order never came. It said delivered online and it never arrived. When I made a complaint online, they gave me 60 points and that was it. That doesn't cover half the cost of my order! and then I sat on the phone on hold with the store for 10 minutes. Horrible."

"Mr. Curry did an amazing job helping me! He delivered to an elderly gentleman for us. He waited until the gentleman arrived at the door and picked up the food. We are grateful to him. I was unable to add a tip for the driver. I was not given an option to add a tip when I made the payment. I paid by phone. I have had this problem multiple times. The drivers work so hard and they deserve a tip. The system doesn't allow one to tip and when we call we are not asked if we would like to add a tip. Please correct this so the drivers can be compensated for their hard work. We appreciate them and we want to show our appreciation for their hard work and time. We are grateful to Mr. Curry who went above and beyond the call of duty to assist an elderly gentleman! Great job!"

"Everyone in these comments is tripping. Pizza was stupid good. Even on Domino's level, this is so good. Came out warm, cheesy, and so delicious. This crew is amazing, they're cool, they all dress super well. Always had my order ready, were friendly. And I always come in at night. 10/10."

"Never order delivery from here. We were lied to by 2 different employees of this location. When we called for an update on our delivery after the projected delivery time had passed, the manager said it was coming right out of the oven and we were first on the delivery list. When we called 30 minutes after that (we live 7 minutes away), a different person said it was just now coming out of the oven and would be another 30 minutes for delivery. When we ultimately ended up driving there to pick it up, having lost trust in their assurances, we were told it was just about to go into the oven and that we would get a refund, if we wanted one. My wife accepted the refund along with the pizza. When 15 minutes had gone by, she asked how much longer it would be. She was then told they had not started making the pizza because they thought she just wanted the refund and had turned down the pizza. The total time from when we ordered to when we got home with a pizza was nearly 3 hours."
