"Ordered via the Dominos app. Using the tracker, we could see that our order was sitting in Quality Check for 30 minutes. When I called the store, they said the order was ready, but they had no drivers to deliver it. I was only 6 minutes away, and if they had told me that when I ordered, or right after, I would have walked over to pick it up. Instead, they wait until I call. By then the food had been ready for over 40 minutes. I didn't want food that had been sitting there that long, so they canceled the order. I have no problem with them not having drivers, but communicating that would have prevented us from waiting nearly an hour for food that never showed up."
"I am so very thankful for this Dominos. I live around the corner and order pick-up about once every couple weeks, and, man, I swear their pizza is the best pizza in town. Always hot, delicious, cut tidily, and ready by the time you go there. Staff is swift, friendly, efficient. Plus, they always have coupons of some sort, so you basically get a ton of food for relatively very little money. Highly recommend if you're in need of a pizza fix!"
"The systematic racism and the apparent spoiled beachelors who demand their pizza be handed to as if it came from their oven and by someone who looks like them. This is obviously bullying and trolling as people are feeding and mocking the company probably hoping to put a certain demographic out of jobs. Just walking in the Dominoes I feel a good presence. It was clean and organized, old fashioned if you will. They follow the system, imagen someone complaining ordering 10 pizzas and they had to wait 1 hr....go cook 10 pizzas at yiur house in 1 hour, you cant so please be kind, dont be racist, dont be greedy, be patient."
"A few minutes after I ordered my pizza, I received a text saying my pizza is in the oven & it’s gonna be ready in 8 - 10 minutes however I waited 45 minutes still my pizza was not ready. When I asked the staff, they were very rude & kept saying it’s in the oven for 30 minutes."
"Dirtiest restaurant I’ve been to. Ordered food an hour ahead for pickup. Waited an hour before being acknowledged and handed our food. Not sure if actual food or ??? Maybe hire more than one worker that sweeps and cleans once a day?"
