"Waited over 20 minutes to pick up pizzas that we had ordered on the app which said they were ready The staff could not figure out that a stack of done pizzas was ours, even though I showed them my order confirmation when I arrived. The staff finally figured out pizzas sitting on the shelf were ours only when they were the only pizzas left on the shelf."

"The first time I ordered was a great experience. Today, my second time ordering from this location. An hour later the driver showed up with no food. He stated he gave it to a black man outside. I went to store location to report what happened. The manager stated the employee is old. That was his excuse. He then offered to make my food again free of charge. After seeing how the workers handle, touch everything I kindly declined his offer. Also I live 5 to 7 minutes from this store and it took the driver an hour to get to me. And there were at least 10 people working and no one could answer the phone. Poor service."
