"I had a code for a free papadia (as a result of completing a survey). Ordered online, went to pick it up and the manager was useless and rude. He insisted I ordered from the wrong location but I verified the address from the order confirmation email. He had the opportunity to correct the situation by making my order (I wouldn't have minded waiting) but refused to despite me showing him the confirmation email on my phone. I understand glitches happen but that's the point of management, to fix the error and serve the customers."

Needed to modify my order and was on hold for 6-7 minutes. decided to call back to place an order just to get someone on the phone and they said they would have to transfer me to the store. What? How can you take orders but not modify them. Get your sheet together. Lack luster customer service but what can you expect for the losers that work at a pizza company"
