"I bought a speciality pizza with a promotion coupon, the total was $16.40 … a 20% tip is $3.28 … 30% $4.92 so I choose the custom option for $5 which I selected online since 20% didn’t seem like enough. After I placed the order, I watched the driver on the interactive map pass my house three times and after a hour it was finally delivered cold. The driver said “because your tip sucked, enjoy your cold pizza”. What was he expecting 80% tip? Dominos pizza has lost control of their franchises, it’s a mess with nearly all restaurant locations with negative ratings. If you’re in Arlington, just order from Lost Dog… they appreciate your business."
