Domino's Pizza

"Very very rude staffer manning the cashier at January 11, 2024 at 9:30 -9:45PM. An African American with glasses. This branch has normally been fantastic over the 12 years my family and I have been ordering from here. I live nearby and decided to pay in advance and pick up my pizza. I came in and he was counting money from the register. There were no other customers there and presumed that I, a customer who had already paid, was a bigger priority than the bills, and so I offered him my name and said I was there to pick up my pizza. He gave me serious attitude and told me "couldn't you see I'm busy here?? Let me finish counting this!! But know what I'm not gonna get a tip for this anyway! So here!" Manangement needs to address this because there are a lot of other options available to get pizza where I don't get berated for giving then my money"

"Absolutely Awful service, I don’t understand how they’re still running. Ordered a couple late night pizzas, when my wife arrived to get them they first tried say there was no order( mind you I ordered online and paid) and after 5 minutes someone decided to give her the pizza. For it to all be extremely burnt…."

"The delivery driver “Chris” (with dreads/ on bike) practically threw my food at me. Said “take it” and when I asked what was wrong he completely ignored me. When I said whatever and walk away he had the nerve to ask me if I was getting smart with him. Saying wassup, I mean wassup as if he wanted to fight me. As I was walking in the door I told him he needs to chill or he could lose his job. Very aggressive and for no reason. I work in a government owned building. And the security Officers even said he hit the window with his fist. When I spoke to the manager even he was sort of disrespectful. Ha a little bit of an attitude as if I am the one who did something wrong to him. I AM THE ONE FILING THE COMPLAINT.Gave me a refund on my order and all but it should have been handled better. He could have gotten arrested for his behavior and this Dominos should take it seriously when they have an employee that acts aggressively towards customers. I basically told the manager they need to do something about him. The manager stated he would talk to the GM in the morning but I honestly don’t believe him. Too many reviews about aggressive drivers for that. So I decadent to post the review on google. Never ordering from this store again."

"Im giving the atmosphere a 5/5 on expectations. I think most people don't eat in the store but it was as nice as you'd expect. The food was very good. Served piping hot which is fine unless you're eating with a friend who can apparently chug molten lava and has eaten all the parmesean bites while you were still waiting for them to cool down enough you could touch them without getting blisters, JOHN. But if it wasnt for him i could have just let it cool a bit and eaten it when it was perfect."

"This damn Dominos.. (k st NW) The customer service over the phone is awful. That big black guy delivery dude on the mo pad attitude is the worst! He is hostile and aggressive for reasons unknown. He actually hopped off his mo pad and THOUGHT he was gonna fight my bf. Would have been the biggest mistake. All because he brought the WRONG ORDER after waiting for over a hour for delivery. I gave them one more chance. And y’all… the pic below is what they sent me. Dominos don’t even have anymore days to count. Y’all just dgaf and it’s clear as day."
