"I went to the lube center for the first time yesterday. Everyone was extremely nice. They offered us beverages while we waited. Kevin was wonderful, he checked in and explained everything they were doing. This place is fair priced, not expensive and they didn’t make me feel like they would try to rip me off which is a super plus. When I was leaving they stopped me bc they noticed while doing the check my lights flickered and told me the reason why is bc I have the wrong bulbs in and they’re using too much power. They suggested I go to an auto parts store to change them. I am very thankful to the lube center. The service I received was wonderful and everyone is so nice and helpful. I would recommend going here to anyone. And I will be sure to go back again."
"I’ve been to The Lube Center before, but this is my first time at the Columbia location and I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again when it’s time! Everybody was fast and efficient, provided amazing hospitality offering beverages, went into great care and detail about my vehicle, and overall went above and beyond! 100/10"
"The experience is fast. The price of an oil change is not extreme, however they are pretty heavy on the sales for everything else. We had one tag light out and they said they would change it for $30. Maybe $10 would be okay but $29.99 is a no-go for me. They also don't provide water or juices anymore, which I thought was a fun experience for the kids. They're wonderful for a quick oil change but know that they are going to be heavy on the sales."
"I actually enjoy going to The Lube Center in Columbia. I can stay comfortably in my car. They are always fast and reliable. I get my oil changes there and recently had a brake light bulb replaced and yesterday I had my headlight fixed there. The workers are always nice and reliable. I hope they get paid well!"
