"It's not surprising that a lot of these reviews say that Matt is the most honest, humble, and up-standing guy because that's exactly what he is. I went to Matt for a second opinion when I was skeptical about Firestone telling me I needed all 4 tires replaced. Matt took a look at my tires and told me I had a few more months on them. He really cares about his customers and prioritizes their best interest - one time he recommended getting work done elsewhere for work he could've done because it made more sense logistically for me. I'd also gave him a tip one time for repairs he had made and he literally wouldn't accept it because he didn't think it was necessary. My husband and I have been going to Matt for almost 4 years now and we feel fortunate to have found a mechanic whom we know will be honest with us and not try to cheap us out of our money. This customer service definitely doesn't go unnoticed."
