"Dealer told me I needed right front tire replaced since there was a nail too close to sidewall. Fortunately, they didn’t have it in stock so I came to Mr. Tire. John doublechecked the tire and, turns out, nail was nowhere near the sidewall and tire could just be patched. Saved me $200+. Was in and out in no time. Appreciate the honesty and quick work. Definitely recommend!"

"Wow, wow, wow!!!! I am SPEECHLESS at the customer service I received today. John and Michele far exceeded my expectations. I came in with (2) flat tires expecting to be upcharged and pay an arm and a leg to replace them. Turns out, some evil person took out the valve loops (?) and replaced my caps so the tires leaked. John shared I actually didn’t need new tires. He could have sold me new tires and I wouldn’t have known any better. The fact that he was so honest and didn’t focus on making a sale…Amazing! Thought I needed a new tire but only needed my current tire plugged due to a nail. Also needed my brakes inspected and was informed that my brakes looked good. "I called on a Thursday afternoon after one of my tires had been continuously leaking air. I had no appointment but they welcomed me to walk in and told me they could get it done for me in about an hour. When I got there, I was immediately greeted and taken care of. They showed me the price before hand and also told me that if anything changed they would let me know before continuing. They are very transparent and respectful of your time and money.
