"I have visited this location several times and have found it to be a gem in our NE neighborhood. The staff greets me upon entry every time and there is a manager, Ms. Pam, that aids in bringing a super positive vibe and air to this location. Her interactions with customers and staff alike are very inviting. I have seen her coach positively in the moment with her staff. This is very important to me especially with our youth and developing employees within our community. This is the positive type of establishment we need in the area. I was really impressed with what this location did for Halloween for the kids and community. Always clean and neat and always inviting. Glad they are here!"

"We recently took over this location for a charity dining event. We had a huge crowd and Ms. Pam Brown and the rest of the staff rose to the challenge. Service was great and very accommodating of our “takeover”! The pizza and pasta were absolutely on point!"

"While I absolutely love Ledo Pizza, I can’t support businesses that intentionally overcharge you and don’t tell you until later without fixing it. We came here to eat as this was a newer location and I’ve been to almost all locations. Immediately, we saw the cashier was new and she didn’t really know what s he was doing. We ordered a two topping pizza and expected it to be about $27 or $28 after tax and pre-tip. I didn’t pay any attention as we swiped her card, however, at the end of the meal, I asked for our receipt and saw that they had intentionally charged us for two sodas despite us never asking for that. I immediately asked them to remove that extra charge, however the cashier said she didn’t know how and there was no one at the store to help do that. She suggesting contacting the corporate office. I immediately contacted them after this issue, but they have yet to respond to me now one month later. I waited to write this review until I had given ample time for them to rectify the situation. I provided customer support with all the transaction details and store information, yet they do not wish to correct this issue. Avoid this location at all costs, as they intentionally try to get more money out of you and will not fix it."

"I am a teacher at Noyes ES. I recommend this Ledo's on 12th and Franklin St. NE to anyone who wants great food and atmosphere. The customer service was superb and my students were very happy. Ms. Pam and her team provided exceptional service. They made sure we were well taken care of. We will see you soon! Thanks for everything!"
