"Glad I didn’t take my vehicle here. Whoever answered the phone today at about 9am 11-21-23 is disgusting. He was rushing me through the call. I provided him the info on what I was calling on and he was still nastily asking me what I needed which was just an engine check. I was trying to inquire with this spot because I saw good reviews and if you look on their site, it says they offer free engine checks which includes a visual inspection, retrieval, and reporting of light. He needs to make sure he wakes up on the right side of the bed for the rest of the work week so he can make sure he has all his information correct and isn’t giving potential customers a nasty attitude early in the morning. Look back on your website and take off whatever you’re going to attempt to charge someone for and just said you mfs only do code checks."

"I've had multiple vehicles serviced here and usually I've been satisfied for the most part. This last visit however, I was charged an extra 30 dollars for an oxygen sensor and when I questioned it I was told that is the price from the napa warehouse. I showed them the actual price of the sensor, without any markups, on the company's website and still I had to pay an extra 30. It was like he didnt care what I had to say. I advise anyone to verify all pricing before paying. Imho, it isn't good business when your customer proves that the price quoted fir a part is wrong and I wasn't offered anything to fix the price. I wasn't even told about the oil leak under my truck which probably is even more concerning. The reciept even says that I need body bushings so I figured that it was standard from a vehicle mechanic shop to do a once over for any other issues...."

"Greg and his team are the best! I have been coming here for years so I decided to leave review. I have sent friends and family here. Never have I ever had problems. My poor sister rats got in her engine thought her car was finished they fixed it in one day. I am actually taking my Mercedes this week for work. As a Latino man i just want to say that they are the most honest and unbiased auto shop in Baltimore. If you want a honest mechanic with your best interest in mind call Greg."

"This place is amazing, Greg who runs the place couldn't be nicer and the costs couldn't be more reasonable! I came in to have 70-80k services done, he looked at each possible service and told me the ones I needed vs. the ones that are recommended. While there I asked him if the shop could install a few new light sets that add some "personality" to the Jeep to which they had no problems. I will be back whenever I need work done from now on.
